Short BUT SWEET

hit the water after my 2 mile run on treadmill… it’s all getting easier….

Did a 200m easy swim warm up

500 swim

My 500 was pretty smooth. I’d like to time it next time……and oh by the way, i have now discovered just how crucial a decent warm up can be. On these days that I’ve hit the gym before the pool, my swim is so much easier and efficient versus days when i jsut go straight to the pool. It is now clear to me that on the day of my first race, i will definitely want to devote a good 20 to 30 minutes warming up.
